What is a Socket Button Head Screw?
A socket button head screw is a type of machine screw with a low-profile, dome-shaped head and an internal hexagonal (allen key) socket drive. Technical Standard - ISO 7380-1
ISO 7380-1 specifies a hexagon socket button head screw with metric threads. Sizes from M2 to M12. The standard defines all dimensional characteristics including head diameter, head height, socket size, socket depth, thread pitch and thread tolerances.
