Welcome to the ADDTOCART shipping policy information. As we are an e-commerce marketplace, we do not handle the shipping for any orders, all orders are processed and fulfilled by our sellers directly. However we do our best to ensure that our customers have a great experience.

Our Policy for Sellers

We require all our sellers to show their shipping policy on our platform. This includes showing on their brand page [example], collection pages and product pages.

Sellers must not use a slower delivery service than the one selected by the buyer when they purchase

Sellers must not include any additional fees for handling and packaging when offering free postage.

Sellers must not delay postage without a valid reason. If postage will be delayed, the seller must get in touch with the customer.

Sellers that don't follow the shipping policy may result in the seller account being suspended.

This policy helps meet customer/buyer expectations, protect our seller performance, reduce complaints, and increase buyer satisfaction.
