Each GearHooksSH2Ski Hook is 300mm long double prong with a 25mm gap, made from a single bar of cold formed, zinc plated/galvanised mild steel which is CNC manipulated into an elegant, swan neck hook which is perfect for the job.

Each prong is fitted with a soft PVC coating to protect your skis from scratches or damage.

Unlike many wall mounting hooks, theGearHooksSH2fits to the wall with a single 5mm or 8mm hole, so you don't have to worry about lining up 3 or 4 tiny holes.

You can fit the hook in under 2 minutes!!with basic DIY tools and skills. If you can drill a hole, you can fit a GearHook.

They come with everything you need to fit them to any wall including breeze block, brick, concrete, plasterboard battens or wooden beams and will support up to 25Kg.

The same GearHook can be used to store clothing, helmets, backpacks, transceivers, shovels and probe, ice axes, crampons and other climbing gear.

Other GearHooks are available for snowboards. If you have more than 2 pairs of skis or boards to store then a GearHooks Ski Rack will store up to 12 pairs of skis, 6 snowboards or any mix of snow sports gear, in just 1M of wall space.

* Different ski type limitations

Mounting adult Piste skis, or a mix of adult and child skis, on a hook creates very different loads and stresses to mounting All Mountain, Powder or Fat skis.

We do not recommend putting 2 pairs of heavy skis(likeAll Mountain, Powder or Fat skisover 7KG)on one hook.

One pair of Heavy skis should be mounted closest to the wallwith a lighter pair on the outer position.

Heavy skis may also spread the prongs of the hook and, if they, or the next pair of skis, have a small tip rocker, they may slip through the prongs. We supply a velcro strap to prevent this happening. This should be fitted after the first pair of skis.

In some cases, with two pairs of heavy skis, you may be limited to one pair of skis per hook.

We also produce a hook for one pair of skis which may be a better option for skis that are over 7kg.
