About this product :
Grass Kelp seaweed (also known as gutweed or mermaids hair (Ulva intestinalis)) sustainably harvested from the UK coastand then washed several times to remove all the sand, molluscs, and any crustaceans.
It is then slowly dried over 12 hours and then during the last hour toasted to maximise the flavour.
The seaweedis then blended into smaller flakes and sealed intopouches to preserve the flavour and make it easy to use and store in your pantry or spice cupboard.
