About this product :
Bio-Health Vitamin C Crystals 150g - Calcium bonded Vitamin C is non-acidic (pH balanced). In this form Vitamin C will not cause stomach or intestinal distress which can sometimes be experienced when taking high doses of Ascorbic Acid and will not deplete the body's calcium reserves.
Directions
1g (approx. 1/4 teaspoon) daily dissolved in water or stirred into a soft drink of your choice.
