Usage
Yield Guide Waffle potions - Dry mix: 3.5kg bag; No. of 100ml uncooked waffle portions: 75 Belgium stylish waffle portions - Dry mix: 3.5kg bag; No. of 100ml uncooked waffle portions: 61 Mixing Instructions Mix in a ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1 litre of tepid water and 150ml of cooking oil. For Belgium stylish waffle: To 1kg of dry mix add 2 eggs, 150g butter, 500ml tepid milk, 500ml tepid water. Cooking Instructions Set waffle iron to 170°C (medium setting) and cook for 4 minutes. Also suitable for making American pancakes.
