These pendants measure approximately, large size 60mm x 70mm and standard size 50mm x 50mm.
Our stunning leaves are skeletonised to leave their veins intact. The leaf is then preserved through electroforming, a process where the leaf is slowly encased in copper to strengthen it. The leaf is finished in precious metal. Their size, shape and patination will vary, enhancing their individual nature and creating a truly unique piece of jewellery.
The Cottonwood tree was sacred to Native Americans, especially in the south-west. This tree is considered holy because it can often grow where other trees cannot. The cottonwood tree was viewed as symbolic of the sun. The cottonwood bark and leaves were frequently used for their medicinal remedies and in particular, to treat wounds and swelling
All of our pendants are supplied with a complimentary chain of your choice. Our chains are made with a base metal of stainless steel and then plated in either 24 carat gold or rose gold. Each chain has two lengths, meaning you have twice the choice on how to wear your piece with that favourite outfit! Our chains are available in 18 inch (46cm), 24 inch (61cm), 33.5 (85cm).
