About this product :
Manufactured from blade from 3 layers of pure carbon steel (59±1 HRC hardness) with riveted pakkawood handle and polished finish. The two halves of the handle are firmly joined with full embedded tang by three stainless steel pins. The ferrule is made of stainless steel and creates a harmonious transition to the convexly ground blade. Paying homage to the skilled craftsmen of Seki city (the home of Japanese knife production for centuries) Kai have produced a vintage series that embodies tradition and French blade styling.This product listed in the following categories :
