The Tyne Bridge, a remarkable through arch bridge spanning the River Tyne in North East England, connects castle upon Tyne and Gateshead. This iconic structure was conceived and designed by the esteemed engineering firm Mott, Hay and Anderson, who later gained international recognition for their work on the Forth Road Bridge in Scotland.
