Directions
External use only. Apply to skin and hair. Twice a day if using it as a moisturiser. Once after a shower and dried off in the morning and once in the evening before bed. Gently massage the desired area until absorbed. Up to three times a day on problem areas. One pump should cover an area the size of the back of both hands. Should last between 3-6 weeks if used regularly.
