Directions
Add 2tsp (4g) of Pamban Chai mix to a saucepan along with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk / non-dairy. Bring to boil and then simmer for 2 mins. Strain and add sugar as desired (we recommend 1 tsp per cup).
