About this product :
Brain Formula contains a unique blend of fish oil, a good source of the omega 3 nutrients, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and arachidonic acid (AA) plus Efamol's Pure Evening Primrose. Available in lemon and lime flavoured liquid or in capsule form.
Directions
Shake bottle before use.
Adults and children aged 3 years and over: two teaspoons (10ml) per day.
For adults only: Efamol advises optimising the body's natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks.
