About this product :
Cytoplan's Organic Agnus Castus tincture is made from the dried, ripe berries of the Vitex agnus castus tree, also known as the Chaste tree, or Monk’s pepper. Certified organic by the Soil Association.
Directions
Mix 12-24 drops into a little water or liquid of choice twice daily, or as directed by your practitioner. It is recommended to take this tincture with or after food, to make it easier on the digestion.

Organic Vitex agnus castus (chaste berry) 1:3, 45% ethanol.
