Lavender Dreams- Ingredients

Lemon balm, oregano, rosemary leaves, lavender flowers, mullein flowers, schizandra berries (may contain traces of nuts.)

Instructions for use

1. Heat the water & infuse
Mix a scoop of loose leaf into a tea pot and add the hot water from the kettle. Allow to infuse for approx 5 minutes (or longer if preferred). Pour into your favourite cup or mug using a tea strainer or filer along the way to ensure your leaves are removed.

2. Enjoy a sip
Take a moment to sit back, relax, breathe in and enjoy your tea & get into the right mindset.

3. Repeat daily
One cup in the morning time & one in the evening, or as you prefer.

The Wild Women Tea Club Story In Their Own Words

Wild Women Tea Club started from very humble beginnings with a market stall in Bristol. We worked hard and eventually opened a vintage tea shop (also in Bristol). When we opened that tea shop, we never dreamt of how passionate we would become about tea and herbs!

We experimented and researched herbs and learnt so much about their amazing healing powers.We would host baby showers and hen parties, and we were inspired watching how tea was able to bring people together, raise a smile and laughter!

We we so proud when we became a multi-award winning tea shop!

The lightbulb moment!

After serving and learning about herbs and tea for years, a lightbulb went on and we decided to create something even more special for women by women (us) - tea that supports the female body! After all, the female body is an incredible thing and we are so lucky to be able to help soothe you through your journey.

The Wild Women Tea Club was born.
