Each batch of Dark Matters signature expression is crafted by hand to their unique recipe which includes Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns, all of which are infused with their own distilled rum.
This blend of fresh and dried aromatic spices contributes to our Spiced Rum’s unique flavour profile; unashamedly punchy but with a touch of sweetness and an expansively long finish.
